Teams Phone

Your office line, inside Teams.

Keep your Singapore number. Answer it on a laptop at home, a mobile in a taxi, or a desk handset in the office. One system for calls, meetings and chat, on the license you already pay for.

The problem

The PABX in the server room is the last thing tying you to the office

Email, files and meetings already moved to the cloud. The phone system did not. So calls to the main line ring a handset nobody is sitting at, staff give out personal mobile numbers to get around it, and the receptionist becomes a manual call-forwarding service.

Meanwhile the hardware ages, the maintenance contract renews, and moving office means paying to install the whole thing again.

What you get

A phone system that behaves like one

Your existing numbers

We port your +65 main line and DIDs across. Customers keep dialling what is printed on your invoices and your signage.

Auto attendant

A greeting and menu that routes to the right department, with different behavior after hours and on public holidays. Changed from a browser, not by a vendor callout.

Call queues

Support and sales calls ring a group rather than one desk, so a call is answered whether the team is in the office or not.

One identity

The same account that holds your email holds your extension. Someone leaves, you disable one account, and their line stops with it.

Handsets if you want them

Reception and meeting rooms usually still want a physical phone. Certified handsets from Yealink, Poly or AudioCodes sign in with the same account as the app and work alongside it.

Voicemail and transcripts

Missed calls arrive as voicemail in the inbox with a transcript, so a message left at 6pm is readable on the way home.

How the move works

Nobody misses a call during the cutover

Scope We map who needs a direct number, which groups need a queue, and what the current menu does. Your existing bill tells us what you are actually paying per line.
Build Licenses, calling plan, attendant and queues are configured and tested on temporary numbers while your old system keeps running.
Port Numbers transfer on an agreed date, usually outside business hours. We hold the old service until the port completes, so there is no window where the main line is unreachable.
Support Fifteen minutes of floor-walking on day one covers most of the questions. After that it is the same helpdesk that handles your laptops.

Questions we get

Is call quality good enough over our office internet?

A call uses less bandwidth than a video meeting. We check your line and firewall before quoting, and prioritize voice traffic on the network so a large file upload does not break a call.

What does it cost against our current lines?

It depends on how many people need an outside line and how much they call. Send us your current phone bill and we will put the two side by side. There is no per-seat price list because the answer changes with your call pattern.

Do we lose the phones if the internet goes down?

Calls fail over to mobile data on the Teams app, and the auto attendant can route to a mobile number when nobody answers. An office outage no longer takes the main line with it.

Send us your phone bill.

We will tell you what the same setup looks like in Teams, what it costs, and whether it is worth moving before your contract ends. Managing IT for Singapore businesses since 2015, from helpdesk to security operations.
